reading a txt file using vb

hello
am doing a program that contains a multiple choice questions with 4 possibilities A,B,C,D
the user enters and answer the questions
after that he will be graded
the grading procedure will be as the following
i need my code to read a .txt file
this .txt file contains the number of the question and then the answer
Ex:
1,A
2,C
3,D
the number of the question and the answer is seperated by a comma
how can i read from this file the answer and the number of question?
