Active Directory Authentication through web.config

Hello,
 I'm creatign an asp.net application, and I want only users in a certain Active Directory to be able to access it. I have the LDAP for the group, and I'm looking for a way to set up this security only changing the we.config file.
 Is there a way to prove an LDAP filter to the web.config file and only allow users in that group to access the applcation? Or is there any other way to do this?
