I have an application in which lots of files are created in a separate folder. These are generally jpegs. My problem is that pretty soon this folder will become choc full of out of date files which will need to be deleted.
I want to create a page which will delete certain ones. It will therefore need to read the file names from the folder, compare those with the file names in the database table and delete those files where the database FlagHidden field is equal to 1.
Does anyone have any helpfuil hints or even some existing code which they might be able to share which could get me started please?
