HI ,
     Please help me in solving problem with my application.I am having a web application which checks the video format .The application is almost designed by c++ .net and this web application is working well when installed in a windows xp system.But when i install the same application in vista system and when i am uploading a file to check its format i am unable to add it as the following error is showing

and when i am trying to add the job(file) continuously out of 4 or 5 times it works 1 times and remaining time it shows that
error and i tried to resolv ...
