open a excel sheet

Hi..please find my problem below...
i have a folder named D:\Jazz....which contains dll.
i have a textbox and a submit button....i enter the folder name in textbox and click on submit button....when i click on submit button it should open a excel sheet which contains Assembly name, its path and version no in the cells of excel sheet??
how would i do that ??
