How to Use a Variable Defined in Code Behind File on inline code for same page..

Hi I have a page with 1 textbox control, 1 Button control, 1 label control. On Button Click event , i stored the value of textbox in a variable called S using code behind. So i want to show the value of S in Lable control  using inline code not using the code behind.
