Hello everyone!
I have a problem using membership provider (aspnetbd) to connect to the sharepoint 2010 website.
Everything worked good when I had my membership&roles database on the same server that my sharepoint content.
Now I moved my users database to the other server, and I can't connect to the website using existing users login and password.
The error I get is "Login failed".
I verified that the password type is the same in my web.config file and in the database (it's in clear), I have all the rights to see the data from my tables (I'm the database owner) ans I pass the same applicationname to all the web.config files. I can't figure out what I forgot.
Windows authentification works good.
Can it be related to the fact that Sharepoint content pages are stocked on the 64-bit server and users data is on the 32-bit server?
