required field validator does not work in jquery dialog (.dot 4.5)

Hi ,
I was facing problems in .Net 4.5 when required field validator doesnt work in page. Then i came to know to register jquery in global file. But now when i try to put this validator in jquery dialog box. the jquery doesnt work.
