GridView finding the column value.

Hi i am trying to find out the value of a clicked row in a GridView. For example if there are 3 columns   CustID, CustName, CustAddress.
If I am want to know the value of the CustAddress which is column 2 , how would i find it.  the below code i used it is giving me out or range error.
I might be using the wrong event to get the value so any solution.
