class UIControlBoton : PlaceHolder (dynamically adding an ImageButton and a HiddenBox)

Hi all,
I'm writting an small control which is inheriting from a placeholder. Bellow there is the main code. My problem is how to wrap ImageClickEventHandler and send it to a subscriber class...
