quotation marks inside a string c#

Hi, 
 I'm writting a code in c# for a web application
 I'm using the Streamwriter.writeline to compress all the files inside a specific folder using winrar
My problem is that I need to write de path of the rar.exe, the target path of the new file and the path of the files to be compressed.
All of the paths are in C:\Documents and Setting\.....................................\
The problem is that each path has to be written inside a double quotation marks, so, I wrote the following code:
string rarArg = pathApplication + "rar.exe a -r " +"\"" +  pathTarget +"\"" +
              " " +  "\"" + pathSource+"\"";
My big problem is how to write a quotation mark inside a string without the back slash
