I am fairly new to ASP.NET. I am looking for a solution on how to upload files to specific people as administrator. I am able to get files uploaded to the server, but could not assigned them to a specific user . It maybe sounds little confusing here. Let's say I am a administrator and A, B, C users. As a administrator, I want to upload a file to C user. As the result, C user is able to see the file once he or she is logged on. Any ASP.NET expert out there. Please Help!!!!!! with examples or source link that will be great!!!!!!
