Encrypt Connection String

I want to encrypt my connection string which I have stored in my web.config file. So I did it using ââ?¬Å?RsaProtectedConfigurationProviderââ?¬Â. Now if somebody wants to he can easily decrypt the connection string by using ââ?¬Å?ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStringsââ?¬Â. How can I prevent it? Can I encrypt the connection string with salt value or are there any other ways to solve this problem?
