Hi, wanted help on what I think should be a pretty trivial issue.  I'm building a simple contact form which allows users to enter their email address and a message.  On the submit button click event a new instance of a SMTP client is created and the message emailed to me.  However, I've had a problem in the past which I'd like to prevent from happening again.  This is that when a message is sent a user can click the back button and all the fields are still filled in, so they can send the message again.  What I'd like to get is: that if the user was to click the back button on their browser, all the fields should either be empty, or they get a message saying that the page has expired,
Please can someone tell me if this is possible?
Thanks in advance
Regards
