I have a news tiker built using jcarousel lite on the top of the news page. The item circulates one by one from right to left. Under news ticker on the page, there are list of news items. During I drag the page down to view more news in the bottom of the
page. The page will pop up to the top due to news ticker feature. This is not covient to news viewers. My question is how can I keep the page stay where the user like, especially for the bottom of the page? Thanks,
