I have a CalendarExtender on my page & selecting the dates, I store it in the database & after saving u can even edit the dates. This is working fine if my local timezone is IST.
Now if i change my local timezone to PST, then as on calendardate i have validation tht date cannot be in the past & suppose today is 5/6/2010 but PST wud be 5/5/2010, so if my date selected is 5/5/2010 then it wud give js error: the date cannot be in the past, since my app server is having IST while my local system is PST.
Now if i select 5/6/2010 & it gets stored in the database, but now if u edit it, then in db it is 5/6/2010, but while editing it displays as 5/5/2010. No matter wat date gets stored in the db, while editing it always shows date one less than what is stored in db.
really strange...googled a lot, but couldn't find anything...any help....
