SSL Error

Hello All, i have a Java SSL enabled web service. I am trying to consume the web service by using a Asp.Net(VB) Web application by simply adding the wsdl web reference of the Java web service. This doesnot seem to work..any thoughts or comments on this one. i am new to programming environment and any suggestions would be highly appreciated..enclosed is the error message
