I dont know if this was answered somewhere and I am just not finding it.
What I am tring to do is (from code behind in C#) access the value of a check box.
This check box resides in a control that is inside another control on the page. I can access the first level control with no problem by simply calling
controlName.itemName
for example
in the control "profile" the FirstName is populated as
public string FirstName { get{ return txtFirstName.Text;} set{ txtFirstName.Text = value; } } I access the value of that text box like this
user.FirstName = profile.FirstName; This works without any issue all day long. Now how do I access the value of a check box that in inside another control that is in the profile control? Would be awesome if it was as aimple as
controlName.SubControllName.ItemToAccess
