INSERT QUERY

I HAVE A FORM WHICH HAVE 2 PARTS, EACH PARTS DATA INSULT IN SEPRATE TABLE IN SQL.
ONE TABLE IS "godownRequsition_M" FIVE COLUMN (Gr,Date,Category,fromGodown,toGodon) 
SEC IS dbo.godownRequsition have also five columns (Modal,spec,color,types,reqQty)
i want the sec table add a column "Gr"of first table, 
The table make the six column (Gr.Modal,spec,color,types,reqQty)  Gr values from the table "godownRequsition_M"
and Gr is primary key
