Hi,
I am looking to use sqltableprofileprovider with latest Asp.net Web Forms Web Site in VS2012.
I love the clean table only membership database in the new asp templates, but I have noticed that

has certain dependencies on membership stored procedures etc
such as - aspnet_Applications_CreateApplication in AppId
Has anyone encountered this before and how did they solve it?
a) Just add the dependencies and make the db slightly less clean?
b) rewrite the code so its all in the class instead?
c) Other? am I missing something and the above provider has been upgraded somewhere else?
