I recently got i quite big assignment in my short web development career. The company i'm working for says that in the page registration process the users passwords has to be hashed.
I use my own code to add members in the database, so i don't use the built-in controls for Login etc.
I've read that one-way hashing is the best because there�´s no way to "decrypt" the passwords?
So, do anyone has a link to a great article or do you have own experience of this with hashing passwords in ASP.NET 3.5 C#?
I'm using a MySQL database by the way.
