I am using iis 5.1. I made a folder named "abc" in Inetpub folder. Through IIS I changed it as application by right clicking -->properties--->Application name.
Application name is same as folder's name. i.e "abc". Now I created a project in asp.net to test membership. It is working fine in case of Visual studio, But when I run the appliction from iis , It shows a error message regarding login. "Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again.".
Please help.
