Implement Asp.net Membership feature where admin rights are not available

Hi,

 I want to ask that how to Implement Asp.net Membership feature where admin rights are not available.

 

ie.

 

I have my  website on some test domain and sql server 2005 on some 'test ip' which is provided by domain provider.

 

I have been given sql server ip address my database my loigin name and my password

now that login(user ) does not has administrator right .

No i want to ask that can i implement Asp.net Membership feature there.

 

and if yes then plz reply how for that.
