i am using standard html control input type = "file" for file upload because i am dynamically adding this control in javascript as shown in one of the videos on this site. Everything works fine but my problem is i have done error handling and in catch block i keep appending all error messages to div tag so that user can know which upload was not successful and which was successful. This is also works fine but the problem comes when i press refresh button.On pressing it the server side button click event fires again and therefore again the images are saved. This is a bug in my application is driving me nuts. I know this is very common and most common answer would be use Response.Redirect(Request.Url.ToString()) but doing this would cause another bug and that is user wouldn't know which images were successfully uploaded and which weren't. I tried to google it but i didn't find a quick answer to it.Please help me. Thanks in advance :).
