Dear All,
I need to make notification for 12 hours of delay from receving time of data. meantime, I had Q&A support forums, when the clients asking any queries regarding for support. In case of, we receive more messages at one time. So, the latest one will shows with descending order.
The old is one still kept as pending. So, we can make a notification or message display in label controls for alerting the support engineers to make attetnion for more than 12 hours pending messages in database.
Please someone help me to achieve this. Your kind responses will much more appreciated.
