I've used RegisterStartupScript to add a piece of javascript to my site
Here's my problem. I want to be able to call a javascript function with parameters without using a button with a "onclick" attribute added to fire it. I want to be able to just call it programatically just like any other function (or procedure)
The nearest I've got to a solution is using a button's attributes to hold a reference to the clientside javascript and trying to use reflection to simulate the "onclick" event. The problem is I think i'm getting the reflection right but the "onclick" isn't the same as button1.click event handler and the function doesn't fire, just a postback.
I apologise if I haven't explained this very well as I've been banging my head against a wall for a few hours now. Any advice is highly appreciated (not about how to bang my head, I'm getting pretty ...
