How to launch a URL on page load?

Hello,
 I hope someone can help me out. I'm new to ASP.NET and XML. I have the following code behind file that will pass on query string value, match it to the value in an xml file (using an xsl file) and return a url. This part is working. But I would like it to launch the url instead of displaying the url. How do I do it? I tried to use "response.redirect()" but don't know enough to make it work. Or maybe I'm on the wrong track totally. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
