How to create a SVG image from a text in the VB code?

Hello,

I have a page on which I dynamically create a Table. The number of colums and rows differs on every reload.

Currently I write the header useing:

writing-mode: tb-rl;
filter: flipH flipV;

But this only works in IE.
When searching for an alternative I found SVG.

However I have found no way to create the SVG Image in the VB code of my page.

Does anybody know how to do this (and wants to share his knowlege ;) )?
