I need to play a video file from Amazon S3. For that I am reading the bytes

Here goes my code:
private byte[] readafile(string filePath)
{
System.IO.FileStream filestrm = new System.IO.FileStream(sFilePath,
System.IO.FileMode.Open, System.IO.FileAccess.Read);
System.IO.BinaryReader br = new System.IO.BinaryReader(filestrm);
Byte[] bytes = br.ReadBytes((Int32)fs.Length);
br.Close();
fs.Close();
return bytes;
}
where the filePath will be of the format
https://bucketname.s3.amazonaws.com/fileName
But I am getting error in the first line itself. It says
"Path format is not supported". Can anyone help me please.
