Aviod entering 0 in Regex

Hi,
I have a regex as below. But it allows 0 to enter. How can i modify it to avoid entering 0. Can any1 pls help.
^(\d{1,3},?(\d{3},?){0,3}\d{3}(\.\d\d)?|\d{1,3}(\.\d\d)?)$
