AJAX ADO.NET QUERY

Hi,
I created an ado.net service to get  a list companies from my database.
There two type of companies - Agencies (companytyepid = 3) and Publishers (companytypeid = 2)
This query gets the companies I need:
tblCompany?$filter=(CompanyTypeId eq 3) or (CompanyTypeId eq 2)  & $orderby=CompanyName asc
However, I cannot figure out how to achieve two things:
1 - I need to display the different types of company i.e. Agencies and Publishers in different lists. I think that when I get the response back from the server is the place to do that but I am not sure how.
