Error with bing search result response

i'm working with bing soap search API. When i get search result and related searches using bing soap api always i'm getting result like this


so i decode result using HttpUtility.HtmlDecode() so problem still exist. how do i avoid this.
and is there any way to get auto complete search suggestion with bing api using jquery or something?
