i am making a dvd archive project using csharp.net. I have movies page directors page actors page. When i select a movie or director i go to that movie's page or director's page For example: movies.aspx?id=658 or directors.aspx?id=34
i want to add specialities to these pages.
1- movies.aspx : in this page i will put a link for txt files about information for that film. I think i should store path links in my database for that movie and then call that link info in movies page's url code? Is it ok or should i do different or better things to do this?
2- directors.aspx : in this page i will show a director's biogrophy info. The info will be in txt files and i will call it in that side as a data. the page is still .aspx page but it will involves a txt file init.
Is it possible ? if yes how can i do it?
Please help on this subject. I havent done any exercise or experiences on files in .net yet.
