Loading of Page

Hi all,
I have the following  problem, the code below executes a store proc (which is executing a SQL Agent) when run manually the job takes 4 seconds to run...the procedure does the call to the db and executes the store proc and then re-directs the user to another page...the problem is, it redirects the user to another page too quickly although it has completed the steps in executing the store proc (the procedure in the store proc has finished executing).so wen the user gets navigated to another page and selects the view button no results come up unless they wait 4 seconds...
