Open new window server side without pop-up blocker preventing

Hi,
I'm trying to open a new window server side without it being blocked by a pop-up blocker.
At the moment I'm doing Response.Write("<script>window.open('...')</script>") but this just results in my new window being blocked by the browser. Is there a way you can do something like Response.RedirectInNewWindow()?
