find cookie in w7

Hi
Is it possible to view the cookie file in w7.
Have looked in C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
and
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies
(have set to show all hidden files)
Used vs2008 and following code in webconfig. 
 <authentication mode="Forms">
        <forms name=".ASPXFORMSAUTH" loginUrl="login.aspx" path="/" timeout="10" protection="All">
        </forms>
      </authentication>
The cookie is encrypted.
