If if i need to catch an exception written in API and bubble to presentation layer, should i just need to add throw inside the catch exception. What is the best way to bubble exceptions to UI from API for dataaccess layer.
Also, if i have a try catch in a calling function, should i need to add try catch separately in the called function also.
