I wish to compare datetime column of SQL server 2005 express database table with current date using stored procedure.
Here is the scenario:
If the current date is earlier than the date in Column named CurrentBan, I want all rows of CurrentBan where the current date is earlier to be set to 0, and all adjoining rows in another column named Points are incremented by 1 on a button
click event in VS 2005 C# windows application.
I have the following stored procedure.

smalldatetime
