I am trying to build a order submission form that has various books and
pamphlets on. I would like to be able to save the order into the database and be
able to have a printable copy for the customers records. Payment will NOT be
processed online only order submission. I have no clue where to start with this.
Any suggestion or examples would be great. Thanks
