USER Validation with cookie

hi,
 I am trying to find a way to tell the web.config that if cookie was found then the client is a "user" and then, in the right directory to use the web.config to liberate or negate access with
<authorization>
           <allow roles="user" />
             <deny users="?" />
</authorization>
