I created a web site to use an new application pool. The identity of the application pool is a domain user which has access to SQL database.
But when start the web page from a client XP machine, a window always pop up asking for username/password. If set the identity of the application pool to Network Service, everything is OK. Can anyone tell why I cannot use domain user to run the application pool (Even if the user is granted to administator privilege, the problem still persist)?
