I think I may have uncovered a bug in Silverlight that causes XmlReader to not work properly.

I need to load an XmlReader object from a URL.  MS in their infinite winsome does not allow the developer to set an XmlReader using an absolute URL.  On MSDN they say to use XmlUrlResolver.  According to MSDN it is
suppose to be in the namespace System.Xml.  When I open a normal windows project I do see the XmlUrlResolver class, however in my Silverlight project it does not exist.  Perhaps Silverlight does not have access
to all of the libraries it needs for the XmlReader to work.  Can someone verify this so I know the problem is not with my VS?  Also, does anyone else know another way I can still use the XmlReader?
