Create a Reusable Button Class

I want to create a button class with a couple of properties and a populated Click method.   I then want to put a number of these buttons on various pages.  I can't figure out how to get a Page to recognize a class.  MSDN says that classes put in the App_Code folder can be referenced with the %@ Register directive, but I sure can't figure out how.
