split Multiple Mail Id's entered in the Text Box - Vb.net

I have a CC text box. User will eneter any number of mail Ids they want. 
the mail Ids are going to be seperated by either commas or Semicolons
How can I convert all those mail Ids into a .tolist() ?? (in vb.net ??)
MailMessage.CC = {txtCC.text}.tolist
Something like above (But above code is only working if I have only one mail Id.
