Sub folder web.config problem

Hi, I downloaded a project that someone else created and I compile it and put it into my sub folder. It has its own bin folder, however when I try to access and got an error, because it is still refering to the bin folder in my main directory. How do I fix it so that it access its own bin folder instead of the root bin folder.
