Replace URL's with linked versions

 hello everyone
I would like replace URL's (http://www.tutsiki.com) in a string with a
string like "<a href="http://www.tutsiki.com">http://www.tutsiki.com</a>". How can I use
the ToString.Replace thing (by the way i am using vb)?
