Response.Headers -->This operation requires IIS integrated pipeline mode.

The error is clear, is there a way to modify headers, add... or this is just included in iis 7 and .net 3.5 ?
Why i want to use this? In fact i want to do an auto refresh based based on a condition, so i wanted to add a meta tag to do that in case that condition is true. now this looks impossible, how can i enable autorefresh on my form based on a condition in the asp.net code.
