Confirm Box

Hi everybody,
                  I displayed a confirm box from server side code. The code is shown below.
ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript(typeof(Page), "Confirm", "<script>confirm_delete();</script>", false);
 
Now i to perform based on the confirm box ok or cancel button click. How can i do this in server side code not in javascript.
