I am attempting to install "SQL Server 2008 Express with Advanced Services". I
downloaded this file "SQLEXPRADV_x86_ENU.exe" and consistently get an
error in the "System Support Rules" window that indicates that the
Windows PowerShell Failed. It doesn't say how it failed or why it
failed - it just failed.
How do I get past this problem?
