I am just learning visualbasic.net and now am getting into working with data bases.
What I want to do is set up a sql server (express since it s free) on my desk top that will emulate a real server
My question is how do I best do that. I have loaded visual studio rc 2012.
I have been trying to do that for two days but every time i try something blows up or I cannot get the sql
server to connect. I tried to install a bunch of different sql servers but made real botch of it and now cannnot uninstall any of them.
any help from any of you wiley old vetereans would be appreciated
